Your license to use the Service is limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control, including usage through Family Sharing where applicable. We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support; Apple has no such obligation.

In the event of warranty claims, you may notify Apple for a refund of your purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligations. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service, including product liability, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property infringement.
